Built on Experience. Focused on Meaningful Partnerships.
AquaPlat was founded by Marina after more than a decade of experience working in international medical equipment business.
Today, she brings that experience into veterinary equipment, working with professional customers and manufacturing partners across international markets.
The idea behind AquaPlat is simple:
The Story Behind AquaPlat
AquaPlat did not start with the idea of building another large equipment catalogue.
It started with experience.
Over the years, Marina has worked with international customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams, gaining first-hand experience of how equipment is evaluated, purchased and brought to market.
One lesson stayed with her:
A product can look right on paper and still be the wrong choice for a particular customer.
Specifications and price are only part of the decision.
The real question is whether a product makes sense for the situation it is going into — and whether the people behind it can communicate and work together when things do not go exactly as planned.
That perspective shaped the way AquaPlat was created.
Rather than simply matching products with enquiries, Marina wanted to build a business around practical experience — bringing together an understanding of equipment, international business and the people involved on both sides of a transaction.
AquaPlat is not a traditional equipment factory.
We work with selected manufacturing partners with experience in medical and veterinary equipment.
Our relationships with manufacturers are based on more than product availability. We consider factors such as manufacturing experience, product consistency, technical capability, documentation and the ability to support international requirements.
Once cooperation begins, communication continues beyond simply placing an order.
Documentation needs to be accurate, and requirements need to come through as they were intended. Production details are confirmed, followed up and checked before shipment.
These are not always the most visible parts of an international equipment business, but they often determine whether a cooperation runs smoothly or becomes difficult later.
For AquaPlat, this also means taking fewer relationships more seriously.
A successful order is not simply a completed transaction.
It is an opportunity to understand whether there is a basis for working together again.
That is why we prefer meaningful, long-term relationships over simply increasing the number of products or enquiries we handle.
